Sam and Fuzzy Q & A:  Bonus and Bonuses Edition
Got a question you want answered? Just drop me an email with "Q & A" in the subject line!

"It's been a while - remind us why Bonus and the Fuzzyalikes are less vulnerable to tar?" -Tom

Good question! This will come up in the actual comic soon enough, but: they're robots! The tar dissolves/absorbs inhumans (because they were originally made out of it), and interacts in weird and dangerous ways with human brains. But Bonus and co are robots with robot noodles. They could still be crushed or swamped by it, but they're better equipped to deal with it than anyone.

The same is also true of other robots, but it's Bonus and company who are a) nearby and b) the most willing to risk danger to save Fuzzy. After all, without him, they wouldn't exist! He's like their weird grandpa.

"I'm interested in the saucy hippo extras. If I donate, would I have access to previous comics and pinups or would I only get the current month's stuff? " -Mark

All of it! Anyone who signs up for the Saucy Hippo tier on Patreon gets access to the full collection. There's over 200 images in there now, including a ton of stand-alone pin-ups, a bunch of comics, and the four full "burlesque performance" sets I've drawn (so far) for Dev, Gert, Nic, and Andrea. You'll also get free copies of my old Headcanon pin-up ebooks. And of course, backer support means I can keep drawing new things every month, too!

Incidentally, my non-pin-up tiers work the same way... new backers get access to all the past rewards of their tier (and any lower tiers). You can see a ton of previews of pin-ups and other bonus I've posted over the past couple of years right here.

"With the literal apocalypse happening in Sam and Fuzzy universe I'm sure your readers are demanding answers. One such answer must be what on earth is going on with the pizza in Friday's comic? What kind of monster doesn't cut a pizza through the center? Why, once they cut the pizza in such a ruthless manner, would they leave the slice hanging off the table in such a way that it would definitely fall on the floor?" -Patrick

We could potentially blame it on a bad drawing. But instead, let's blame it on the lazy staff or Rex-A-Roni's! I'm sure Bonus and company don't really mind, though. After all, they can't taste anything... they just enjoy experiencing different textures in their mouths.

We return on Monday for our next comic! See you then, team.
