Trust me

The second Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney game arrives in North America this week. Is Phoenix Wright a particularly accurate legal simulator? No. (Or "objection," if you prefer.) But is Phoenix Wright one of the smartest, most compelling, most well-written point-and-click adventure games since the hayday of LucasArts? Absolutely!

By the time you read this rant, 24's sixth season will have already premiered. But at the time I am actually writing this, it's still a few hours away. As always, I am simultaneously excited and terrified at the prospect of a new season. When the show is good, it's amazing. But when it's bad... I don't want to talk about it. The show's even-numbered years have been the worst offenders. Break the curse, season six. Break it like a man with a hacksaw.

Flying high again

The new Sloan album -- aka my favourite CD of 2006 -- has finally been released in the United States! If you are an American and you love rock music, trust me... it is time to bring Sloan into your life.

For those of you who missed Wednesday's newspost, I'm looking for photos of folks wearing their Sam and Fuzzy t-shirts that I can use in the shop as sample images. I'm in particularly dire need of pics of the newer designs. Drop me a line if you can help!

Not a letter from an occupant

Is there anyone out there with a decent digital camera and an insatiable desire for fifteen seconds of internet "fame"? I'm looking for photos of folks wearing Sam and Fuzzy t-shirts that I can use as examples in the t-shirt shop.

The newer designs are in especially dire need, but really, I could use new pictures of everything I'm currently selling. I suppose I could make my own, but I don't really have a lot of practice making myself look pretty in photographs. (Probably because I don't have a MySpace page.) Besides, it would be boring if all the photos were of the same person!

Anyhow, if you would like to help out, just email me your candidates. Feel free to be as creative with this as you wish... although obviously, it'd be nice if the shirt designs are at least reasonably viewable in the pictures. Cool? Cool.

Cool.
