Yeah, I've fallen off the Metroid train, but I hope to remedy that this weekend. Instead I've been playing Blue Dragon a bit at a time. It's certainly not the greatest thing ever, and I sometimes wonder why some parts are polished so well, while other things are not (Such as long FMVs being broken into 20 seconds bits rather than one long succession, so there are half second freezes between them. Thing explodes, stop, someone jumps off, stop, people watching, stop). But over all it's nice old turn based rpging, which I really missed.
And I just
got Metroid Prime 2, Phantom Dust, and Call of Duty 3, because apparently I like collecting used games that will just end up sitting on my shelf for a month before I get to them.
It's like video game stock buying. Buy now, play later. Or something.
