Just catching up on some tv..
So Community.. did it get canned?
Spoiler: show
If so the asylum scenario would have been pretty perfect ending..

Game of Thrones: Arya is pretty awesome.
Spoiler: show
I wonder if Tywin Lannister knows who she is.. also that creey bald wizard guy is creepy.. reminds me of the Gentlemen Image

Magic City: The premise looks good. But the 1st episode was REALLY slow.. Its about a Miami hotel owner in the 1950s who gets mixed up in the mob.. Its interesting.. but I dunno.. If I couldn't keep up with Mad Men.. don't think I can handle this.. despite the sexy times..

Community is up for two more seasons I think! At least I heard it got renewed for a fourth season.

Game of Thrones was awesome. The creepy wizards are...creepy. I didn't really understand what happened with Qarth since it was so sudden but I guess those sorts of things need to be...

It's simple as that, it's simple as that, it's simple as that for your stupid ass.

Yeah, but it's moving from Thursday to Friday night, presumably so it doesn't lose ratings to Big Bang Theory. Still, Friday night... That's how you kill good shows.

Lin is the fucking greatest. Everyone on that show is pretty cool actually. Except Mako who is kinda boring.

Also, based on absolutely no evidence, I have become convinced tha Asami is secretly Amon. Thoughts?

My usual tv torrent feed doesn't post Avatar so I only remember to watch it when someone on here goes ZOMGKORRAISAWSUM *nosebleed*
Which is good, because then I get to slam a couple episodes.

I have not been watching Korra, but I have been watching Young Justice: Invasion and Motorcity, both of which are ALSO very good action cartoons.

Motocity kind of amazes me at the level of animation they're getting in a saturday morning kids cartoon.

Young Justice is pretty neat too, although the time skip has kind of been weird and all over the place. And
Spoiler: show
Aqualads suddenly OMG I'M EEEEEEEEEVIL NOW!
seemed kind of bullshit.

I think it's too early to pass judgement on the time skip. They introduced everything at once, and now are doubling back to flesh stuff out, so I'll have a better opinion once we get proper Wondergirl/Batgirl/Bumblebee/Vox episodes to get everything actually covered. I do like a lot of the little things they're doing, though, like retconning Beast Boy's powers into a byproduct of a Martian blood transfusion. That's actually really clever.

Yeah I really liked beastboy's origin and his relationship with miss martian. That's pretty neat.
I've heard we're not getting a proper wondergirl epp because they allready had the season mapped out without her in it then kind of added her at the last minute.

Also I'm really fucking curious to see what happend to Wally. And what his relationship with Beasboy ended up being since now BB is collecting souvenirs.

Young Justice, I have mixed feelings about. It's a well crafted cartoon, but it's such a grounded and realistic take on the DC Universe. It's like they decided to create a version of the DC Universe that had the sensibilities of the Marvel Universe. I still like it, but as a long time DC fan, it just seems so alien to me.

I didn't even give Motorcity a chance. I just assumed I wouldn't like it because I'm not a car guy. But now that you've recommended it, maybe I'll go back and have a look at it.

Don't get too excited. It's just Adult Swim rebranding their existing saturday anime block as Toonami (which is still really cool).

Anything that gives them an excuse to license more new stuff than just one episode of Bleach a night is fine by me.

Or, hell, switch up the reruns they show, even.

Motocity is done by the Megas XLR dude, also has serioously some of the best animation I've seen in a saturday morning cartoon since Titan got canned.

Speaking of the marvel universe Guardians of the fucking galaxay last week and Beta mother fucking Ray Bill next week? How awesome is Avengers?!
