So as an avid GNOME fan, there's one thing about Vista that REALLY annoys me. Every day. I get enraged and want to Smash things.

Is there any way to scroll a window that isn't in focus?

Not that I know of. Leopard has this now too, and it really annoys me that Windows doesn't. I'm still a bit annoyed that both Mac and Windows are lacking focus-follows-mouse, but I guess I'll get over it.
