I thought you mean Matt at first, but then I realized you meant the actual Steve Jobs.

Brad Bird is sweet, but I just didn't really like Rataouille. Like it was ok, but I wouldn't want to see it again. I've seen the Incredibles like 8 times and I'd watch it again right now if it was on TV. I didn't really care for a Bugs Life, but I haven't seen it since it first came out so maybe my opinion will have changed.

I didn't like A Bugs Life the first time I saw it either but after re-watching it Kevin Spacey plays a psychotic grass hopper who threatens to kill children and murders two of his men to prove a point.

That's awsome.

The rest sucks.

Agreed. But again I haven't seen either since they first came out (when I was a pretty young kid). I saw Antz again recently and it was pretty bad, so maybe if I see Bug's Life again i'll think better of it.

There were scenes in the movie that had to be taken out because the animators couldn't do them. (Watch the commentary by the Animators on the DVD, one of my fave commentaries).

I never watch commentaries. That' what special features are for.

I buy dvds almost soley for there commentary tracks.

The animators commentary is brilliant (But that might just be because of my intrest in animation) they keep telling you how and why each diffrent scene sucks and what they don't like about it wich is so much like every animator I know that I laughed alot at it :P

I think the cut scenes we're on the special features too (A scene of Elastigril, Violet and Dash underwater watching guards sift through the plane wreckage searching for them that they couldn't handle doing the hair underwater) and a scene that was almost cut (Mr Incredible fingering the hole in his old uniform) cause they were just causing way too many headaches for the animators.

Antz was the more adult of the two, but Bug's Life was funnier and better.

I think Antz just didn't know if it was a kids movie or an adult movie. It just kinda wasted away in the middle.

I don't like Dreamworks animation on principle and the fact their movies are subpar.

Pixar releases A Bug's Life!
Dreamworks releases Antz.
Pixar releases Finding Nemo!
Dreamworks releases A Shark's Tale.

I don't think that word means what you think it means.

Also come on, two movies?

What about Road to Eldorado, Chicken Run, Shrek or Bee Movie? They may be on there own poor movies but 2 derivitive (And given the length of time taken to make a movie probbably concidental) movies doesn't mean there films are all rip offs.

Also its hardly like pixar have never taken story ideas from anywere else.

Didn't Road to Eldorado come out the same time as The Emperor's New Groove?
