Mac-tastic!

Everyone likes to talk about themselves! Do it here so I don't have to read it. Ha ha! Just kidding. I'm actually illiterate.

I used Quicksilver for a while, but I felt it wasn't that useful and made the computer take a lot longer to startup so I uninstalled it and have stopped recommending it to people. I'll check out those other sites though.

Yeah, I'm going to go down that list and check out the programs to see if there are any of use to me. Thanks Ashton!

Oh yeah I used CornerClick, and Service Scrubber is kinda useful I guess. MacJanitor is another cool app (don't remember if that was on those lists or not).

Alright, I know this is a bit of thread necromancy, but if you have a Mac and use Safari I just want to recommend you download Inquisitor. It replaces Safari's Google search box, and it's now easily one of the most useful pieces of Mac software I have.

If anyone knows how to disable the feature that prevent you from taking screen shots while a movie is in the DVD drive, I'd really appreciate it.

That would be really handy.
It is imperative that you read Cal Neuvost's Treatises of Extraordinary Consequence.

Using third-party players like VLC or mplayer also lets you take DVD screenshots, although I find the VLC DVD-playing mode to be a bit buggy on Mac.
