I was going to mention Eris, but obviously she'd prefer to win without actually being on the ballot.

Don't be silly. She'd prefer to win by being on the ballot and not on the ballot simultaneously.

She would also prefer to win by having the least amount of votes and lose by allowing everyone else in the world to win in her stead.
