I actually know the proud owner of this domain name, so I will give you a little information.
We hung out Christmas eve of last and I had a few beers. He had a martini, there were other assorted drinks amongst the group of friends. however, when time came down to it, He delivered and re-wrote the no to a firm, definitive yes

and he left it up a few hours too long (3 if I remember correctly.)
however, our jovialities aside. It should be either set to Mountain Standard Time (our time zone) or Greenwich Mean Time. I don't remember which
