1. Beq was clearly important here. His face appeared numerous times to cut between scenes. And there's a scene with Diamonds Droog (or whatever he's called in John's game) creating Beq's paradox clone, with AR watching. We know that DD, CD, and HB are working with Noir, so is Beq's creation part of Jack's plan? So wouldn't that entail that Beq might actually exist to hurt the four kids, rather than help them? Also, it would make sense that AR's exile is because of seeing the creation of Beq, which means the Midnight Crew doesn't want anyone to know about Beq (so again, not looking like he's used for good).

Bec then trashed the place though. The creation of Bec's paradox clone also seemed to involve Rose's Meow code for whatever reason, as well.
Edit: So, Paradox clone of normal (or at least with face and eyes) canine + Meow = Bec? And the moon emblem on dreamselves has been constant, even with the trolls. But it changed to Bec`s emblem when Jade`s dreamself died.

Actually, "canine + MEOW = Bec" makes a lot of sense.

I noticed that Jade's shirt changed to Bec as she fell out of her room, but I didn't notice that the Dream Self's emblem changed.

Oh, you're right. I thought that was her dreamself falling at the end, but no. It is her and the stuff from her room.

Do you think Bec intentionally trashed the lab, or if he's just such a powerful being that his creation alone created chaos and destruction?

Or maybe something went wrong with the Paradox Cloning, making the machine and Bec unstable. That would explain any sort of "malfunction" trashing the places, and it would explain why Halley's paradox clone isn't of himself, while the other paradox clones turn into exactly who they were.

Oh man!!! Today's update!!!!

First of all, I got really sad when I read Jade's letter. She was so excited to be with John on Skaia...

Second of all, THE BOX! IT'S OPEN!!
I knew it was going to be bunny related. All three boxes he received were the same shape, and the first two were bunnies, so I figured the third would be a bunny as well. Some kind of bunny weapon would make sense because he can use a Bunnykind strife spectibus. I just didn't know it would be some crazy toy robot hybrid bunny.

The first letter. I think it might have been written by a troll. I dunno, just a theory. Either way, he becomes the new mystery to follow, now that John has opened the package and Jade's robot has exploded.

Both of these crossed my mind, but I figured that Grandpa would use proper mechanics like capitalization and punctuation, and the pen-pal thing means that it definitely isn't either one of her guardians on the island.

I think a troll would make sense. I'm sure there are a few of them that actually want to help the four kids. Plus, there is a specific pattern to the way he writes, just like all the other trolls; only time he capitalizes a word is at the beginning of a sentence (but not proper nouns in the middle of one) and the only time he punctuates is at the end of a sentence (no commas or anything in between). And the writing style gives me this vibe that the author doesn't quite understand the idea of composing a straight forward letter; it's pretty ADD.
