Well, she turned out to be a she, but there was a complication with the room arrangement and I ended up staying with the big group of people from my college instead. Then, due to an odd cavalcade of events, I wound up staying in the girls' room with four ladies and myself. On the first night I slept on the recliner, but on the second night the twins let me share the pull-out couch with them.

That's right, I slept with twins. Lady twins, at that. Sure, all we did was sleep, but hey. When was the last time you woke up in a hotel room bed with a pair of cute twins?

In other news, if anyone here remembers the time I gave a cute lady friend of mine a topless back rub before we went to sleep with no sexytimes, well, today I learned that she just turned nineteen. This means she was eighteen at the time of the toplessness, which means I'm a dirty old man.

I'm about to be 23 in July, so I have no clue what age range I should be interested in. My brother and sister are turning 21 in October, so dating younger that that seems... weird to me at the very least.

I'm with Knight on the "why?" I figure as long as folks are consenting adults and into each other, age difference shouldn't enter into it. It's a roadblock people set up for themselves, and there's nothing ruinously wrong with it biologically or psychologically.

Anywho, what I learned today was that walking thirty minutes to work in the hot sun, working an eight hour shift, and then walking thirty minutes back home in the muggy night after having been unemployed and mostly sedentary for just a little over two years sucks hard.

True. Its a mental & social thing. Which I think ceases to exist once the younger partner enters mid 20s.. 18 year olds are still "kids" in my eyes and if you spend time socializing with them you will soon see the rift in maturity. On occasion you'll come across someone who is mature for their age, like this english backpacker I met last year... I'm not saying I wouldn't work, but there are unneccesary challenges forced on the relationship.

Today I learned that the twins are also eighteen. What this means, then, is that if I'm going to keep finding eighteen-year-olds that seem mature for their age, perhaps I should just adjust my opinion regarding eighteen-year-olds. Perhaps they're not all as obnoxious as I remember being when I was their age...

I also learned that the twins were born in Germany. This explains why they speak German, I suppose.
