It originally came to my attention from the cheap trivia-a-day calendar that sits on my desk. It simple stated, "Pineapples are classified as berries". Being that the calendar only cost $2, I set off to wikipedia for a second opinion.

Pineapple (Ananas comosus) is the common name for a tropical plant and its edible fruit, which is actually a multiple fruit consisting of coalesced berries.

The stroke came due to the revelation, not the other way around.

Yesterday I learned that if you get some dust under your upper eyelid the answer is not to panic because you can't get it out no matter how much you try and water can't get up under there and oh god it hurts and now your eyeballs are gonna get scratched up and you'll be blind forever and where is the nearest hospital and why did I even go outside today.

No the answer is to pull out your upper eyelid and pull it down over the height of your entire eye and then release. Problem solved, like instantly.
