This interested me until the mention of dinosaurs..

This could have been a 'great' change of perspective and a serious look at what we usually take as fun.

So after watching the new Valentine coverage video for Skullgirls, I think I want to run a team with Valentine and Cerebella on it or at least mess with it because I am think of some really really dirty 360 setups, especially if you can set up a poison syringe tag her out and then throw it out as an assist. Because if she keeps her poison through tag-out (which I assume she will, but I am asking their twitter account to make sure) you could do a ground combo that ends with the Valentine assist and then tick throw them into a free 360 simply because the orange poison puts input lag on the opponent. That essentially means that they wouldn't be able to jump out of 360 at all. Free damage for no reason. SO MUCH HYPE FOR THIS GAME.

Oh the things that come to your head as you wake up.

I mean that Dino D-Day was a bad game. This 1916 game hopefully won't be bad.

well basically picture that, but being able to do an uppercut strike with your sword, launch a kobold into the air, them juggle them by quickly switching out to your bow and arrow and filling them with arrows before they hit the ground.

It's basically the exact same kind of game structure as skyrim but with a combat system closer to darksiders or god of war.

Yeah I'm pretty hype for that, so I can finally sit down and practice May, but it would be stupid hard getting into that game because everyone that has been playing it has been playing since it came out like 10 years ago or something.

On this note, The final Character for skullgirls got announced and Double is pretty interesting looking. I can't wait for Mike Z to post the walkthrough today because I want to see what she can do. She also looks like a big candidate for getting hit with instant overheads. So I am curious how she will turn out. Also the hype car super is amazing.

It's actually surprising that I'm not immediately enamored with Double, given that she's a heavyweight character and a hideous seeping blob monster. Definitely going to give her a try, though.
I'm not really working on anything at the moment, but here's a link to my tumblr anyway.

Yeah I want to try her out too, though considering I want to try EVERYONE out, that might not say too much. I want to play every character damn it. I probably won't sleep the first day this comes out.

I was a little disappointed it wasn't Marie to be honest, but this is still okay with me. I feel like Double going to be hard to block just because her animations and her size just changes so much. Its going to be disorienting to fight against at first.
