Yeah I am just practicing Solo Fillia at the moment. She has a lot of cool stuff that I dodn't know she had before like air dash combo extenders as crouching medium punch for an extra jumping heavy kick as soon as they land. Big damage if you jump in with Instant air dash heavy punch into heavy kick. Oh and then I believe you can do two air combos afterwards into super blahblahblah.

Aye, the thing I like the most about custom team sizes is that I can run solo until I've got a character down, then add others in later; rather than having to learn 3 characters at once right off the bat. :lol:

Gonna start with solo Painwheel, then branch out when I know what I'm doing a bit more.
I'm not really working on anything at the moment, but here's a link to my tumblr anyway.

Now here's a Kickstarter video game project I can get behind. I would so consider buying an iPad if there were more games like this.

Features:
* 4-6 hour campaign
* "Stealth Survival" hybrid genre
* Metroidvania exploration & 3D map mode
* Branching, gripping, pull-no-punches story
* Full voiceovers
* Real-time cinematics

Anyone played Fez? The reviews from Joystiq and The Verge/Polygon make it look super cool, but all my free gaming time is still being taken up by Mass Effect 3 multiplayer so I haven't tried it out yet.

I'm bummed it's only for XBLA. I think many Indie games fare better on PSN, though that's probably because I'd buy it.

According to the article I read, Fez was in development since before Crush was released? I dunno. Crush was super awesome but the videos I've seen of Fez seem to show that the actual gameplay mechanics are actually substantially different, even if they both have the 2D to 3D conversion idea (I think it's about as similar to Crush as Crush is to Super Paper Mario).

Really? I would expect it's the opposite. Almost everyone I know with an Xbox has bought several downloadable games, but very few of the PS3 owners I know have. XBLA also seems to have a higher number of quality games, even if PSN has a few really cool exclusives like Journey (that in general seem to be more "arty" for some reason).

Also it seems to be like Microsoft and the Xbox dashboard UI promote Arcade titles more than Sony and the PS3 UI promote PSN titles.

For those with 3DS's I IMPLORE you to get Kid Icarus Uprising. The only bad part about it is the difficulty when you ramp it up.. it's pretty brutal. I can't seem to survive past 4.. and the weapon fusion thing. So complicated. I've found resting the top right corner of the 3DS on the edge of a desk removes the hand cramp problem. But everything else is pretty fantastic. GET IT.

Eh, he's still a douche nozzle that I wouldn't piss on if he was on fire.

So Skullgirls is kind of fucking amazing. So far rocking a solo valentine team, and looking at moving into a team of valentine/parasoul.

Only negative so far, what the shit kind of fighting game doesn't have an in game move list?

XBL tag is shambrook if anyone wants a match.

Started playing Machinarium. The art is pretty awesome. Also unlike most point a clickers its hard to determine whats actually interactable.. This will be a double edged sword.
Oh and finished Tiny Bang Story.. It should be called No Bang Story. As in there wasnt a story. It just kind of ends. But then there never really was one. Just a puzzle fueled journey.

That game is great. I'm hoping he comes out with a sequel soon.
