Hey guys, I made a thing in minecraft, and I made a crappy, watermarked video showing you how to build it.

It's a redstone clock. Basically, it alternates the current so you can repeatedly activate certain functions.

You know item dispensers? Well, say you want them to shoot arrows, eggs or whatnot continuosly. Well, hook it up to a clock, like mine, and you do that.

Clocks work on delays, or ticks. A torch delay is one tick, and a repeater can be set between 1 and 4 ticks. This means that if you have a loop, the delay will update one part of the circuit to be powered while the other one powers down. This is easy to visualize if you're doing it in a loop on the ground.

When you want to make it one wide, you have to take advantage of other properties of redstone. Repeaters take power from a block and can send it into another block. Because repeaters also control the direction a signal flows, we can send a signal down and up in the directions we want, controlling the way the signal alternates.

I'll probably just make another video tomorrow where I'm not mumbling. I might make a video where I explain some properties of redstone as well.

The main problem right now is that I don't own the computer I'm using (my dad's iMac), and that the software to record it costs $99 bucks. That's just to get rid of the watermark. I'd be okay with buying it if I was sure I'd get a mac next, but ig I end up getting a PC, I'd have to get fraps. Better to just wait until I get myself a computer.

Yeah, it was late in the evening, and I was kinda mumbly. Also, recording something like that is really wierd. I was monotone the whole time, which is unlike me,and I came off kind of snarky. Oh well.

Fuck you Japan, and you're much better looking boxart for Cave Story 3D.

Seriously, if the cover for the U.S. version wasn't so shit, I'd buy it. Hell, I already bought the DSI version on my 3DS. I want to give these people money, but they fucked it up with horrifying covers. Dicks...

Anyone play the Hybrid beta at all? Played a bunch tonight and man it's a really fun and interesting take on gunplay. I mean, it's just a lot of cover-fire stuff but there is the potential for some really great movements and tactical plays within it. Right now the game is pretty funky though, three maps and only two are any fun, not to mention that broken rocket launcher...

All the same! I like it.

It's simple as that, it's simple as that, it's simple as that for your stupid ass.

Speaking of racing I've revisited F1 2010. I originally thought it was too hard.. but then I discovered its not Need for Speed and you can't drift an F1 car around a corner..What I like about it is that its all about the driving. Timing you braking and acceleration and squeezing seconds out of each corner.. doesn't sound exciting, but its a thrill when you pull it off and take pole position..

Also I pre purchased Diablo 3.. :|
