I've added my Wii number to the Code Exchange topic.
I might actually dig out AC:WW to see what this Zelda thing is. I'm through worrying about trying to do eveything in that game, but I'd like to do some more work on my museum.

Edit: Added my Animal Crossing code too. My town is choked with grass and clover.

Edit 2: You don't need to travel for the gift, just connect to the Nintendowifi for a minute or two.

The Animal Crossing gifts for the Wii launch continue. I got my Zelda one, then later on decided to reconnect to NintendoWFC again for no particular reason, and got a Wii Sports theme gift. Are there more?

I'll post my Wii ID number thingy on the other thread when I actually get it online (probably in the next few days), so I can share/get some Miis (I've got a pretty cool Mr Tii, and quite probably the best Gordan Freeman Mii on the planet). I've only had a wireless router for a few days and I've got WPA enabled so I won't be taking my DS online until I get my hands on a Nintendo WiFi adapter.

My connection probably won't be great for gaming because although I apparently have 2.2Mbps it is almost always way below this (I live in the middle of nowhere where bandwidth is worth its weight in gold).

Also, out of curiosity; how do you transfer Miis between consoles? Do you just have to input the other Wii number somewhere on your own console for the tranfer to begin or does it require consent of the other console?

You add a Wii number to your friend roster (in the compose message part of your message board). The other person has to add you too. Then there's an option within the Mii channel to send Mii to a friend, and you just pick the person you want to send it to. Even easier than it sounds.


On another note, I'm adding everyone at the moment. But sticking around on the forums makes you less likely to be erased later.

I've posted my Wii number on the other thread, and have registered (ie put in address book) everyone else who has. If I understand correctly, now all everyone else has to do is register my Wii number and the Mii sharing can commence.
