Do I need a paypal account to shop here?
No! You can pay using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or a registered Paypal account.
What do I do if I don't have a credit card either?
If requested, we can also accept international money orders. Please email us for more information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
An in-stock item will arrive anywhere in North America within two to four weeks of the day your order. A pre-order item will arrive within two to four weeks of the day it becomes available, which will be visible on the item's store page.
Please allow an extra week or two for international orders. The ocean is very large!
My order has arrived, but not all the items I ordered are in the package. What's up?
While our shirts are stored and mailed by Topatoco in Massachusetts, our books and artwork are mailed from Victoria, Canada. For this reason, if you order a book and a t-shirt together, they will arrive in two seperate packages.
My order has arrived, but it's damaged. What should I do?
Please email us and report any items that a distraught postal worker has decided to mangle or poke holes through. We are happy to exchange them for undamaged items, free of charge.
