Sell Out

Just a reminder... Nooshead t-shirts and Cannibal Pride t-shirts are on their way out. We're already out of some sizes and the rest are probably not long for this world.

We return on Friday, with a new comic and another round of Q and A!

Cannibal Noosehead

Friends, after a good solid couple of years on sale, our Nooshead t-shirts and Cannibal Pride t-shirts are about to make their way to t-shirt heaven.

We still have some of both available in most sizes, mind you... we just won't be reprinting them. So if you would like to grab one before they are discontinued, now is the time! Once our remaining stock is sold, these two designs will be gone for good.

Sam and Fuzzy Q & A: Deluxe Edition
Got a question you want answered? Just drop me an email with "Q & A" in the subject line!

"Do you plan to publish the full Sam & Fuzzy stories
in real books? If not, why not? If yes, when?" -Benjamin

There are few things I would rather do than produce a series of definitive, numbered book collections containing every Sam and Fuzzy strip ever published.

The problem is just one of scope... the archive is over 1000 strips long... and starting about half-way in, most of the individual comic strips are two or three "pages" in size. It would take a bare minimum of four books just to collect Volume 4 alone! Making collections for everything would be a major undertaking, both physically and financially... especially considering I'd have to start with a couple of books worth of material that is now several years old and has not always aged well.

So basically... yes, I absolutely want to publish the full saga in print eventually. It's just a big project, and I'm still mulling over how best to approach it.

"You said that you're drawing on larger sheets of paper, and I was wondering exactly WHAT size of paper you're drawing on now? " -Evan

11 x 14! The size I was working at before was 8.5 x 11.

(For the last few years, most Sam and Fuzzy comics have been two sheets of paper long, with one stacked directly on top of the other.)

"How much time do you spend on the comic?" -Adam
It takes me about six to eight hours to produce a regular-length strip, depending on how long it takes to write and how complex the artwork is.

But sometimes I'll do a comic that's an extra page or two long, and sometimes I'll do one that's only one page. It creates a bit of a mess when it comes to scheduling my time, but I try to let the strip's content dictate its length... some ideas need more space than others!

"Why did Jackson decide to stay with the name Aaron? Is that his first name?" -Max

Aaron is indeed his real first name. Jackson was his ninja pseudonym... and possibly his real last name? I'm not sure. You decide!

Do you all like Aaron's new hairdo? I slicked it back it to better show off his sexy, sexy eyebrows.
