Ok, ok, I admit it... I'm pretty pleased with that newspaper headline.

Today's comic refers to the events of our "Inhuman Relations" story, and to the blackmail-ish events of this comic in particular. And yes, that story -- in which a local protest group and a city councillor objected to the opening of Gertrude Dupont's new Saucy Hippo club -- takes place a mere week or two before this one, despite being published on this site nearly 3 years ago. This is a very dense chunk of the timeline, haha!
