Putting down roots in your frozen fields

T-shirt designing was somewhat disrupted by the horrible, horrible sickness (which we will never mention again), but I think I'm still on track to launch them on Monday. Click here to have a sneak peak at how the Cannibal Pride design looks on each of the four available colours. I like how this one turned out! With the different colours, it really runs the full gamut from subdued to vibrant to outright garrish to, uh, communist?

My friend Eric over at Radioactive Panda is running a neat storyline where a lot of the characters are analogues of various webcomic creators. And even if you're not familiar with the authors that inspired the characters, you can still enjoy how darn cool those bird characters look. Eric's going to be sharing the Dayfree Press booth with us at this year's San Diego Comic-con, so be sure to get familiar with his work now before you come to visit me over there. (Attendance is required, no matter how massive the airfare!)

Bridge to nowhere (and you're getting there fast)

Sordid City Blues just reached a big narrative climax. Now that it's moving on to a new storyline, it's a great chance for new readers to hop onboard, but it's also an excellent time to plow through the entire previous story arc in one big, satisfying sitting. Pow!

That's all for now. I'm a bit under the weather this week, so I'm going to keep this post short and go take it easy for a bit!

This is good choice

Optional archive reading for the curious and overachieving: Heather and Susan have had made some minor(and seperate) past appearances -- Heather in the First Noel storyline, and Susan in the prehistoric Terrible Christmas Special.

And of course, "Mr. Blank" appeared several times earlier this year, in Vignette's I, II, and III.

The new tshirt designs are coming along nicely and are on track to launch on Friday or Monday. You can see a preview of the front of the Noosehead tour shirt by clicking here. The back of the shirt will, like any good tour shirt, have a list of concert locations.
