Killed by a cellular phone explosion

This Friday (June 16th) will be the last day to preorder a shirt. That means that after Friday, the I'm Capitalism and Skull Panda Head designs will go back into retirement, as will hoodies and babydoll ts in all the designs. Everything else will remain available in t-shirt only, including the new Noosehead and Cannibal Pride designs. (Although I'll have to pick just one colour of Cannibal shirt... probably green!)

As for the books, I'm going to do the draw for the original cover artwork on the 25th of June. So, if you'd like to enter the draw, please place your order sometime before then!

Your debt's paid off but it don't feel gone

It looks like I'll be visiting this year's Anime Evolution convention in Vancouver as "special guest." I think I watched an anime once, so I can see right away why they wanted to invite me. Seriously though, Greg is going to be there too so I guess that makes it OK! If you're going to be in Vancouver in August you should definitely swing by and say hi!

And of course, I'll be at this year's San Diego Comic-con in July. It's crazy how quickly that show is creeping up!

Come make your complaint to the Bootleg Saint

I'm happy to see that people are excited about the new book! But it's true... like the first mini book, it's really focused on presenting my most recent material. A few folks have emailed asking me if I ever plan to make a book collecting the older Sam and Fuzzy comics. Well, if the new mini-book sells well enough, I promise that will be my very next book project.

A few people have also asked if I'll ever republish the exclusive bonus stories I've drawn for the minis, either here on the website or someplace else. In a word... no! That would not be fair to the people who bought them. I would feel like a webcomic tyrant. I'd have to purchase a throne of skulls to put in my office, and that would totally clash with my drapes.

The exclusive pages stay exlusive. I know that kind of sucks for the people who, for various reasons, can't buy the minis, but that's how it has to be! I do my best to make these mini-books special. These are the first books I have ever published, after all! They are my babies. I have filled them with my blood, sweat and tears. If they were real babies I would have probably gone to jail for doing that, but they're not babies, they're books. I just pay the babies to staple them together.
